Choose PickHub locker pickup at checkout in any connected store or marketplace.

The courier drops it off
The carrier loads your parcel into the locker you picked — one stop instead of a doorstep attempt.

Get your code
Push or SMS with the pickup code, the locker address and how long the parcel is held.
Step 04
Open and go
Enter the code and the door opens. Returns go back through the same locker with a return code.

What is PickHub?
PickHub is an open parcel locker network. One locker accepts parcels from any connected online store and any delivery service, so you receive, send and return parcels through the same locker and the PickHub app.
Where is PickHub available?
PickHub is launching in Vietnam. Locker addresses will appear in the app and on this site as the network opens. Leave your email and city below and we will tell you when the first lockers near you are working.
How do I pick up a parcel?
Choose a PickHub locker at checkout in any connected store. When the courier loads the parcel, you get a push notification or SMS with the code, the locker address and the free storage period. Enter the code and the cell opens.
How long does a parcel wait in the locker?
Every parcel has a free storage period. The exact term is in the notification you get when the parcel is loaded into the locker.
Can I return a parcel through a locker?
Yes. A return is made at the same locker with a return code, so you do not have to wait for a courier.
Do I need the app?
The app is the easiest way to track parcels, find lockers and make returns. The pickup code also comes by SMS.
