This policy explains what personal data PickHub receives through the forms on pickhub.io and biz.pickhub.io, why we need it and how you can control it. By submitting a form you confirm that you have read and accept this policy.
Who processes your data
PickHub operates in each country through a local legal entity. Your data controller is the entity of the country you are in; for all other countries it is PickHub in the United States.

What data we receive
Only what you enter in the form yourself: name, email, phone, city, company name or venue address — the fields depend on the form.
Each request also carries the page address, site language and time of submission. The site stores an nf_lang cookie in your browser to remember the language you chose.
Why we need it
To reply to your request: to discuss hosting a locker, connecting a store, a logistics partnership or a franchise, and to tell you when the network launches in your city if you asked us to.
We do not send you marketing you did not ask for and we never sell your data.
Legal basis
Partnership requests — hosting a locker, connecting a store, logistics, franchise — are processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Launch updates are sent on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form.
You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to the entity of your country.
Who receives your data
Requests are delivered through the Web3Forms form service and kept in PickHub email. These services process the data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.
Their servers may be located outside your country. A request about another country may be handled by the PickHub entity in that country. By submitting a form you consent to this cross-border transfer.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer your request and follow up on it, or until you ask us to delete it or withdraw consent. After that the data is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to the entity of your country — we will reply within the time required by law.
How we protect it
The sites are served over HTTPS only. Requests are accessible only to the staff who handle them.
